This weeks featured dish is Chive Tagliatelle. Fresh chives from Elderberry Hill Farm are folded into the flour of this house-made pasta. The pasta is coated with pesto made with grilled zucchini, herbs, garlic, chive oil and local sorrel and spinach. Landmark Creamery Pecora Nocciola cheese is added and a New Century Farm poached egg tops it off. A simple, vibrant spring dish for the season!
Other new items include Waterzooi with Chicken,
Au Poivre Duck Breast and house-made Heritage Pork Sausage. And back by popular demand…The Goblet of Bacon – this time done 4 ways!
We have tapped some really cool kegs in the last few days including Almanac Blueberry Jack, Gouden Carolus Easter, Schlenkerla Eiche Doppelbock, Half Acre Tuna and more.
