What's going on at Brasserie V For the fifth straight year, we will be participating in one of our favorite events: Burgers and Brew: The Taste is Local 2012 on Saturday, June 2nd - A fundraiser for the Buy Fresh Buy Local program. Join the party when Brasserie V and some of Dane County’s most popular chefs pair up with Wisconsin’s talented brewers and farmers to serve up unique, mouthwatering burgers and satisfying suds. This beer is full of all the dark malts that we have at hand and display a full and complex malt taste, almost reaching in to the porter style. It has a balanced fruitiness from hops with a good mouth feel and smoothness, and a lingering aftertaste of roasted malts.
