From one of our favorite breweries, an unfiltered blonde beer, which is re-fermented in the keg. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander, and with a light hop taste. 8% ABV Atomium Premier Grand Cru $8
The only specialty beer in the world that is brewed with 6 different grains. The combined action of barley, spelt, rye, maize, wheat, and buckwheat gives this beer its incomparable character. 8% ABV De Dolle Dulle Teve $10
A belgian Tripel with a hazy copper in color with its high density stemming from large amounts of pale malt increased with pale candy sugar in the brew kettle. Lightly spiced with a long dry finish. One of the great Belgian beers! 10% ABV De La Senne Equinox/Zwarte Piet 2012 $9
A rare beer to find on tap. Strong and complex Belgian dark ale with a really malty character and notes of chocolate. 8% ABV Gulden Draak $8.50
Meaning Golden Dragon, this triple is dark brown in color with natural malt toffee-like sweetness but well-balanced with some hoppy accents. 10.5% ABV
Gulden Draak 9000 Quad $8.50
3 different kinds of malt added provide this beer with a golden amber color and a fruity scent. Wine yeast is used for the secondary fermentation, contributing to the grandiose taste. 11% ABV
Poperings Hommel Ale $7.50
This is a hoppy, slightly bitter golden-bronze, ale. It is made from a blend of winter, summer and aromatic pale malts. Not one we find on tap often. 7.5% ABV Rodenbach $7
A blend of 75% young beer fermented in steel tanks and 25% old beer aged 2 year in large oak casks.. A scintillating dark, and a little sour. 5% ABV Saison Dupont $7.50
The Classic Belgian farmhouse ale. beautifully balanced and complex with a refreshing fruitiness and long, dry finish. A staff favorite!! 6.5% ABV Scaldis Ambrée* $8.50
It was created in 1933 by Alfred Dubuisson, grand-father of the present family brewer, Hugues. Its amber color is due to the use of caramel malt in the production process. Its bitter sweet taste provides it with firmness and personality. What's more, it helps digestion. 12% ABV St. Bernardus Pater 6 $7
A traditional abbey style dubbel, very fruity with notes of melon and very fresh banana, finishes with a slight bitterness. Delightfully easy to drink. 6.7% ABV

We sell so much, this became our “house” beer. a rich brown ale that is smooth, creamy and full bodied with A big richness of texture that is almost oily and very assertive, like a warming coconut brandy. 10.5% ABV Verhaeghe Echte Kriekenbier $7
A Flemish cherry ale with an aroma of Kirsch cherry brandy and a smooth, vanilla-like oaky palate. Sour cherries are added during maturation. 6.8% ABV Wittekerke $5

A potent porter with a nice round mouth feel combined with a lot of american hops, and a full and creamy body which has notes of chocolate, coffee and smoke. Ingredients: Water, malt(pilsner, smoked, chokolade, cara munich, brown), roasted barley, flaked oat, dark cassanade sugar, hops (Simcoe, Centennial, Cascade) and yeast. 8% ABV To Øl/Mikkeller Sleep Over Coffee IIPA* $9.50

5 Golden Rings is the 5th verse in our ’12 Days of Christmas’ winter seasonal ale series. This is the only golden ale in the bunch. We spiced up this ode to Winter with cinnamon, allspice and ginger along with some delicious sweet and tangy pineapple. 11.5% ABV Sour in the Rye* $9
This American Wild Rye Ale was brewed with a substantial portion of rye malt, and the spicy character of the grain asserts itself with clove and pepper in the aroma and flavor. Add in sour cherry notes from our special blend of micro-organisms and vanilla from the red wine barrels and you’ve got a moutfull.

Humulus Lager is an India Pale Lager brewed with 4 lbs. of hops per barrel. This beer is all about the hops-- the lager yeast allows the hops to be in the forefront. 7.2% ABV
