All of our menu items are prepared from scratch on premises, using only the freshest, highest quality ingredients, sourced locally where appropriate. Our signature menu items include:

  • Frites – classic Belgian-style double fried potatoes, served in a cone, and accompanied by a daily dipping sauce
  • Moules-Frites – a heaping bowl of mussels prepared in our House broth (a classic Belgian preparation of garlic, wine and butter), or a rotational sauce on Wednesdays, accompanied by frites
  • Steak-Frites – seared flat-iron steak, with a deglazed red-wine pan sauce, served with brussel sprouts, and accompanied by our frites.
  • Cheese boards , including a selection of fine domestic or imported artisanal cheeses, olives, and locally-baked Potter’s organic crackers.
